Moscow – The National Payment Card System (NPCS) will
begin promoting its cards abroad in 2016, the deputy head of the Central Bank of
Russia’s national payment system department Ramilya Kanafina said at an expanded
meeting of the Eurasian business council on Dec. 12.

Wow, the whole Europe can’t wait till this great day. How could European countries live without this system till now?

The most intriguing and biggest question of this luring endeavour remains – will Russia itself survive till the glorious day of introducing its long-awaited National Payment Card System (NPCS) in European Union?

Russia has called for “a 100% guarantee that no-one would think about Ukraine joining NATO,” President Vladimir Хуйло’s spokesman has told the BBC.

Excessive demands: BBC reported that Kremlin demands guarantees from NATO regarding Ukraine 

Vladimir Putin’s chief spokesperson has said the West’s response over the Ukraine crisis makes them “feel fear” and so they have taken “methods of precaution”.

Dmitry Peskov said that Russia would like to receive a guarantee that Ukraine will not join Nato, as they are fearful of the Nato-affiliated countries on their borders.

President Putin accused the US of trying to subdue Russia, but gave assurances this would never happen.
